Prostate Massage

Looking for Prostate Massage
in Lisbon?

I offer professional prostate massage in Lisbon, at my studio office. If you’ve never experienced one before or are curious to understand how they work, I explain the sequence and benefits below.

The Prostate and Prostate Massage

The prostate is an internal gland, about the size of a walnut, located just below the bladder and accessible only through the anus. One of its important roles is to regulate the switch between urination and ejaculation – functions that cannot happen simultaneously.

While some services market prostate massage as a way to intensify orgasm, my approach is different. I am a certified somatic sexologist and trained by Stine Krage and Assim Sacred Fire, founders of the Holistic Prostatic Portal in Denmark, I offer a sensory and educational experience that invites both deep release and new understanding.

Being your Prostate massage therapist in Lisbon, I help those curious about the hidden wisdom of their bodies, ready to release shame and taboos around male sexuality, and open to discovering how a safe penetrative experience can foster insight, healing, and more conscious intimacy with others.

Benefits of a Prostate Massage in Lisbon

Prostate Massage can help you in the following:

What to Expect During a
Prostate Massage Session with Me

A prostate massage session with me is a spacious, two-hour session focused on comfort, clarity, and safety. We start with a clear explanation and time for questions, followed by guided breathwork and grounding touch. Prostate work is introduced gradually, at your pace, to help release tension and invite deeper awareness.

Erections are neither expected nor required; the emphasis is on exploring sensation, emotional release, and subtle energy shifts.

Sessions end with quiet rest and aftercare guidance to support integration.

Prostate Session Cost

A two-hour prostate massage session is  €222 or the equivalent in US dollars.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is it that doctors are searching for when they do prostate exams?

The posterior prostate is palpable through the rectum. When there are cancerous tumors, they often arise in the peripheral zone between the back side of the prostate and the rectal membrane. It’s easiest to check for odd shapes or surface irregularities of the prostate through rectal exams.

Who should not have a prostate massage?

A man with bacterial prostatitis should avoid them since they could possibly make the bacteria spread. A man with hemorrhoids or fissures should wait until they’re healed before having a prostate massage. It’s questionable whether a man with prostate cancer should be stimulating the sensitivity of this area through a massage.

Are there any risks in prostate massage?

The tissue lining the rectum that covers the prostate is sensitive and should be approached with great care. Practitioners must maintain short fingernails, avoid rough or hard massage, and be aware that the thin membrane covering the prostate is full of nerves. I suggest intermittent prostate massages rather than frequent ones.

What’s the difference between penile and prostate orgasm?

A penile orgasm is focused primarily in the penis. A prostate orgasm is a slower, wave-like full-body experience that can be felt throughout the whole body, even outside of the penis. With conscious practice and exploration, a man can learn to have prostatic orgasmic experiences even without ejaculating.

Are prostate orgasms similar to women’s cervical orgasms?

Through research, the vagus nerve has been shown to be linked to cervical orgasms that exhibit a kind of altered, transcendent state and wave-like quality compared to clitoral orgasm. There haven’t yet been studies connecting the vagus nerve and the prostate. However, the fact that the intensity and wave-like qualities of prostatic orgasm are similar to cervical orgasm qualities (as well as the fetal tissue similarity) suggests that there could be a connection, perhaps because of the proximity of the vagus nerve in both areas.

For straight men: Will getting a prostate massage effect my sexual orientation?

No. You will learn a lot more about your body. People’s sexual orientation generally develops early on and feels innate. If you’re straight, a prostate massage will not impact this. It could possibly expand your interest in exploring more kinds of sexual experiences with your partner, or in solo play with a toy, but it won’t magically change your sexual orientation.
