Who I Am

Hi!  I’m Liz and I love the sacredness of physicality. Our bodies are beautiful gifts – so why not love and honor them fully?

My particular area of focus is sexual wellness. I specialize in transitions and age-related challenges as a certified somatic sex educator and intimacy coach, offering both in-person and online services. I love teaching how to get unstuck and how to reclaim agency and embodiment where it’s been missing.

I’m here to support you toward a greater sense of fulfillment in your body and with partner(s). I believe that everyone deserves to understand more about their erotic energy, to find full joy and freedom from shame.

Why Sexology

Life leaves deep marks: childhood hurts, neglect, shame, or painful messages about our bodies. These shape how confident we feel inside and outside, flowing into our sexuality and capacity for openness with others.

We wear masks, hide our desires and struggle to speak about them. Our sexuality is woven into our very essence. We’ve all developed survival patterns that block the fullness of who we are now.

Even if you’ve carried these patterns for years, healing is possible. I offer the hands-on sex education you may never have had, guiding you toward new pathways of joy and honest communication. Enter as you are – that’s the point. You’re very welcome here.

How I Work

Erotic energy is powerful. Mastery comes from learning how to invite and direct it rather than feeling intimidated by it. If you’re carrying pain or paralyzing stories about your body, I’ll be a compassionate witness. If you need new skills or long-lost parts of yourself reclaimed, I’ll guide you toward truer embodiment. Freedom comes through discovering our edges, and discipline opens that door to freedom.

My path into sexological bodywork and intimacy coaching is rooted in 30+ years of somatic teaching through dance, expressive arts therapy, and yoga, so you’ll feel its influence when you work with me. After my decades-long marriage ended, I turned deliberately to sexuality, healing, and reclamation. Since I’ve walked the sexual healing journey myself, I love  supporting other seekers too. Because of my movement background, I’m devoted to creative play, self-love, and conscious practices for growth.
