Good news! I am a premature ejaculation specialist who can help you to resolve your PE through online coaching, in the privacy of your home.
Premature ejaculation (PE) is commonly experienced among straight men. When a man ejaculates before he wishes, or too quickly to be able to satisfy his partner, it may be considered PE. Technically, PE means ejaculation within 1-2 minutes of partnered interaction, through minimal stimulation either before or shortly into sexual penetration.
Between straight partners, there’s often a difference between men and women’s arousal time. As a woman’s arousal time is typically longer than man’s, unless a man can learn to control and slow his ejaculation, her sexual experience with him will likely be a disappointing one. Repeated PE creates a negative spiral that can ultimately lead to the loss of enthusiasm for sex altogether.
Most men experience PE at some point during their lives. Premature ejaculation isn’t uncommon when there’s excitement with a new partner, among young men who have minimal sexual experience, or if it’s been a long time since the last ejaculation and pressure is greater.
When PE is persistent however, hormonal issues, injury, prostatitis, or specific medicines could be at play.
A frequently overlooked cause comes from behavioral habits that were developed over years through rapid masturbation or addictive adrenaline-charged porn. These are the behavioral causes that I, being a premature ejaculation specialist can address with you in sessions.
I teach men how to change their habits around self-touch through increased body awareness. I’ve seen lots of success with men who commit to coaching sessions and practice.
When you’re looking for transformation, remember that just like at a gym, showing up for occasional work-outs won’t lead to desired results. If you do the work though, you can absolutely count on seeing changes!
One session is €100 or the equivalent in US dollars. I offer a 15% discount when clients book four as a series.
Sessions are 60 minutes long with a thorough in-take to understand how long it’s been going on and what other factors might be present such as sensitivity, stress, or performance anxiety.
I teach breathing techniques and an arousal scale that helps you begin tracking your inner sensations. The goal is to expand awareness of embodiment, tension, and muscle groups. If online, either on or off-camera (as you wish) I coach you through arousal and then back down, focusing on the day’s baseline.
You’ll get homework to practice until our next session with a certified premature ejaculation specialist. Each session builds on the last until you’ve created new habits and seen exciting changes.

Wearing a condom can slow the ejaculatory reflex. Desensitizing creams and sprays lessen stimulation but can reduce sensation for the partner as well. While using distraction methods can sometimes help, who wants to rely on distractions during love-making?
Advanced conditions are occasionally treated with SSRIs or other options like shockwave therapy (ESWT), botox for weakening muscles, radiofrequency, or surgical treatments that reduce penis’s dorsal nerve functioning. Yikes!
Because the medical alternatives have significant drawbacks and most other common approaches only partially address the issue. Being a certified PE specialist, I believe in coaching through behavioral methods.
Four sessions minimum as a baseline. When a client does his homework and has consistent coaching sessions, success is achievable within a couple of months. New habits take time to create and reinforce, but once you’ve experienced new awareness and control, they are yours to own forever.
I recommend sessions 7-10 days apart so you have time to practice your homework exercises in between. You can select the dates that work for you through my online calendar here.
In partnered sex, this varies a lot between individuals, particularly depending on the sexual training a man has practiced. Without training, men typically ejaculate on average between 5-7 minutes. With training, men can even separate ejaculation from orgasm or delay climax beyond an hour. When ejaculation consistently occurs between 1-2 minutes, it’s likely premature ejaculation that can be addressed through treatment.
It’s not masturbation itself that causes PE, but rather the way in which a man touches himself that contributes to premature ejaculation. It’s important for a man to be aware of what he chooses to do over and over again since this influences his brain to seek certain patterns of release.
If PE is impacted by relationship issues and a couple learns how to collaborate toward mindful and sensitive intimacy, PE may be resolved through these adjustments.
The most natural remedies for PE are touch retraining and behavior therapies.
Disclaimer: Sex and intimacy coaching is not psychotherapy. I’m not a licensed social worker or marriage and family therapist so I offer neither therapy, psychotherapy, or medical advice.
