I offer private online or in-person sessions to individuals and couples who are looking to feel closer and more connected to their partner(s).
Let’s face it: most of us never received a real education in building healthy relationships. As adults, we often stumble when it comes to connection and intimacy with partners. Our ability to bond with others begins in childhood, and if we didn’t grow up with positive emotional modeling, it can affect our sense of safety and closeness later on. Over time, we may gain new skills and experiences, but breakups and miscommunication can also leave behind limiting beliefs about what’s truly possible with a partner.
Intimacy coaching helps you uncover the moments where you freeze – those fears and expectations that block closeness – and teaches you how to soften into connection. Through good listening, attunement, and a non-judgmental space, you’ll learn to inhabit your body more fully, notice and express your emotions, and stay present instead of spiraling into past regrets or future anxieties. Together, we’ll explore your sexual desires, release shame, and build the confidence to enjoy deeper, more authentic intimacy. True connection begins when you can own who you are …vulnerable flaws and all.
An intimacy coach helps clients with aspects of their intimate lives such as sexual health, emotional expression, and personal agency. Here are more details about these elements:
Building dignity and self-worth: Intimacy with another requires learning how to hold yourself in warm regard despite being imperfect. Your ability to be kind to yourself and to understand that you’re no better or worse than your partner is key toward being anchored. I am deeply influenced by Terry Real’s work.
Expanding presence and reducing anxiety: Learning skills around breathwork and tracking the sensations of your body are powerful tools for calming and being in the moment… essential for managing stress and staying connected to your partner.
Enhancing sexual wellness and function: Intimacy coaching gives you a space where you can explore basic questions about anatomy, arousal patterns, and how to adjust counterproductive habits.
Unearthing desires and fantasies: Desires and fantasies support the parts of yourself that wish to be expanded. Owning these aspects of yourself help bring you into full alignment with your potential.
Supporting communication skills: Honesty and regular check-ins about what is working or not are key to any relationship. I coach you around the wheel of consent so that you can practice and update your patterns around giving and receiving. Most find role-play in these areas to be eye-opening.
Expect the space for each of you to be able to express your deepest desires and concerns, safety around exploring your edges, and support to practice different alternatives from your old habits. We will employ both verbal and body-based tools. I use a combination of coaching with both of you present and intermittent sessions with each of you individually.
Sessions are 90 minutes with two of you at €150. Sessions for singles or occasional solo sessions for one of a couple are 75 minutes at €110.
My calendar for booking is here.
If you’re curious, longing for change, or tired of feeling stuck in old patterns, coaching is for you. The best step is to book a discovery call with me. You’ll get a feel for my approach, and we’ll see if it’s a good fit.
It’s a supportive space to explore your emotional, physical and sexual relationship with yourself and others. Together we uncover patterns, build new skills, and help you create more ease, confidence, and joy in connection.
Therapy often looks to the past and mental health diagnoses. Coaching is present and future-focused. We work with your desires, goals, and habits so you can make practical changes right now.
It varies. Some clients book a few sessions around a specific issue. Others prefer to work in a 3 to 6 month container for deeper transformation. We’ll discuss what feels right for you.
Both! Many clients come to me single, divorced, or post-breakup, wanting to reconnect with themselves before entering new relationships. Others come with a partner to deepen their intimacy. The work adapts to you.
Yes. I’ll often give you simple practices, reflections, or pleasure-based assignments to try between sessions. These are tailored to your comfort level and goals, so the learning can be integrated into your daily life.
Disclaimer: Sex and intimacy coaching is not psychotherapy. I’m not a licensed social worker or marriage and family therapist so I offer neither therapy, psychotherapy, or medical advice.
